I was looking for a new maid company after underwhelming experiences in the past, and chose Chicago Maid Match. The booking process was seamless, and Steve even reached out to confirm details prior to the appointment AND check-in personally during the service. Which, speaking of - was fantastic! Katie was on-time, friendly, and worked extremely hard. She truly did a "deep" clean and focused on the details.   We had such a great experience with Chicago Maid Match! We were looking for cleaners really last minute because our new apartment hadn't been cleaned at all. They were able to send someone over the next day for a very reasonable price. The customer service and cleaning staff were both very polite and friendly. The cleaning itself was very thorough and left my apartment spotless and smelling AMAZING. I was initially going to hire them just for this one clean but now I'm sold, I'll definitely be hiring them on a regular basis from now on :)
